Troubleshooting 1 Hop: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update 1 Hop game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run 1 Hop again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix 1 Hop Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch 1 Hop and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Have fun playing as a rabbit and go looking for carrots and food bags, but beware of the dog! Get to the top of the high mountain to become the ultimate rabbit. There are 3 levels, each with a unique twist with the carrots and food bags being hidden in random locations to make it just that little bit harder. You can also play with your friend split screen and work together to 'The End' to be come the King Rabbit and get to the crown. In the first level you need to find 5 carrots to get past the gate into the farm, once in the farm you need to find 10 food bags, 3 of them need a key. After the farm you will need to avoid the dog and get to the car. drive the car to the base of the mountain and start the climb to become King Rabbit.
