Starting on October 25, 2022 I have been receiving "Having trouble connecting". Any suggestions on how to fix this? I have tried multiple things and no results. I have even reached out to the game developer and no response.

I am still hoping that Puzzle together will be eventually fixed as I had not find a similar puzzle game anywhere. Still hoping!

I hope thet you will repair the game soon.Iam in a long term facility after a stroke and I played hundreds of hours beeing partially paralyzed and needing a relaxing game to take me away from TV.Please fix this game.

for the past 36 hours,I cannot access the game.When I try to open the game I get a spinning whell and the message HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING AND NO ACCESS TO THE PUZZLES.Please fix this,as I am sure many users are frustrated with the lenghty problem.Thank you
