Meridian 157 down or not working? crashes or problems?

I am running Meridian 157 Prologue on a Mac. It was working fine when I first opened the game (on 10/24/22). However when I opened the game today (10/25), I discovered that the pointer was not visible and the game caused my mouse to stop working properly. It would sometimes appear on the games splash page, but would disappear and was very jerky. I restarted the Mac and it still did not work properly.

Troubleshooting Meridian 157: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses

Common fixes:

Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
Update Meridian 157 game Licenses (PS Only).
Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Meridian 157 again.
Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
  In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
  Now, Restart your computer and Launch Meridian 157 and check if the issue persists.
Close all other Internet connected apps.
Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).
