重要通知About the Game本作是角色扮演系列单机游戏《幻想三国志》的第二部。本作故事约发生在一代10年前左右，时值公元196年。董卓旧部李傕、郭氾势力被灭，曹操迁献帝于许都。玩家将扮演主角楚歌——一个立志成为天下第一有钱人的穷困少年，从当时为马腾势力的西凉召德村中，展开一段乱世中的冒险。特色·回合制和半即时制的战斗系统·以丰富的三国背景为题材·众多神话般的人物角色·多剧情多线路的发展方式·在领略三国伟大战役的同时，接触了刻骨铭心的爱情以及生死不弃的友情·有趣的游戏系统，丰富的可玩性战斗系统的改善《幻想三国志2》的战斗系统与前作相比，可以用“纯化”来形容二代的改变，在二代中，玩家上手将变得更为简单，部份设定也简化了许多。当然，这些改变并不代表有损游戏本身的战斗游戏性及乐趣；本作在战斗的主要乐趣上，依然维持一代快节奏战斗连击的畅快感受，并在这个基础的观念上，去除了不必要的操作难度及视觉阻碍，使得游戏整个战斗的节奏感更为流畅。改良后的战斗连击系统“连击系统”，指的是对敌人攻击产生伤害后，一定的时间之内对同一个目标的敌人再度追加攻击，此时的攻击力将有一定程度的加乘，连击成功的次数愈多，所追加的伤害也就更加厉害。《幻想三国志2》承袭了一代的快节奏战斗连击系统，同时，二代还在攻击的判定、连击时间掌控的提示上做出了改良。阵形系统的改变在二代的阵形设定方面，阵形技能是每位游戏角色的基本技能，而不再是单独某位主角的专有技能；不同的武将特性，将拥有不同的阵形技能，将赋予整个队伍不同的战略思维。新增晶魄系统在《幻想三国志2》的游戏中，每个敌方人物都带有“晶魄”，这些晶魄具有不同的能力，只要将其镶进适合的装备之中，便可以发挥作用。装备可分为“武器”、“头具”、“甲冑”、“靴子”及“装饰品”等。每个晶魄可以镶嵌的部位不同、大小不同、形状也不同。在镶嵌时要注意装备上洞的大小及形状，如果跟晶魄相符合，便可以镶于其中而得到其能力。而如果装备上的晶魄之洞够大，还可以镶上许多个晶魄哦。
