Troubleshooting GameLab UngAalborg: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update GameLab UngAalborg game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run GameLab UngAalborg again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix GameLab UngAalborg Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch GameLab UngAalborg and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Welcome to GameLab UngAalborg's game launcher!
You will be able to try out all of our available games and prototypes made by people from the physical space of GameLab.
You'll be able to try games about removing plastic from the sea and upgrading your raft in "plastic planet" or killing zombies in "ZombVasion". You'll also be able to play the different versions of "Slap City" or shoot your way through the complex in the game "Rampage inc". The genres varies from top down controller games, to 2D sidescrollers - You'll probably find something to your liking!
