Troubleshooting ParaLily: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update ParaLily game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run ParaLily again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix ParaLily Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch ParaLily and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

A single level cannot be traversed by only interacting with one universe, so the relative spatial relationship of each universe is critical to gameplay. When Lily changes universes her momentum carries with her, allowing her to continue a jump from one universe to the next.
